Initiation of requirements: The customer clearly defines the core requirements for luggage (style, material, size, production capacity, quality standards, budget, and target market requirements) and submits them to the us.
Feasibility assessment and quotation: We evaluates the feasibility of the requirements based on its own production capacity and supply chain conditions, and provides a detailed quotation within 3-5 working days.

We produces samples according to requirements, and the customer checks the appearance, function, material, etc.

Formulation of production plan: The factory formulates a detailed plan including procurement, production, and inspection nodes based on the contract and sample standards, and synchronizes it with the brand for confirmation.
Raw material preparation and inspection: The factory purchases compliant raw materials and completes sampling inspection before storage; the brand can participate in the sampling inspection as needed and retain inspection records.
Advance payment: The brand pays the advance payment in accordance with the contract (usually 30%-50% of the total amount), and the factory starts mass production preparation after receiving the payment.

The brand uses sampling or full inspection for acceptance. If the products are qualified, it will sign the "Finished Product Acceptance Certificate"; if not, it will put forward rectification requirements, and the factory shall rework and reinspect within a time limit.

Factory completes the packaging of luggage and bags (including brand logos and compliance labels) as required by the customer, arranges logistics, and synchronizes logistics information; the customer tracks the receipt status.
