What logistics and transportation methods does your factory support?
Sea freight: Suitable for large-quantity orders with low freight costs. It supports full container load (FCL)/less than container load (LCL) transportation, can reach major ports around the world, and has stable sailing schedules. It is suitable for orders with no high requirements on time efficiency.
Air freight: Suitable for small-quantity and urgent orders with fast time efficiency. It can be delivered

Standard process: Fabric procurement → Fabric pre-treatment (waterproof/wrinkle-resistant coating) → Cutting (machine die stamping/manual precise cutting) → Sewing (partial sewing → overall splicing) → Installation of hardware and auxiliary accessories → Full quality inspection → Packaging (labeling/boxing according to customer requirements).

Design docking: We will assign a dedicated designer to communicate with you, convert your requirements (such as size, material, structure) into detailed design drafts (including CAD drawings + material samples), and start sampling only after confirmation.
Sample confirmation: We provide 3 rounds of sampling services: "initial sample - revised sample - confirmed sample". Each round of samples is accompanied by detailed descriptions (such as thread density, hardware texture), and supports video/physical sample delivery for verification.
Filing and record-keeping: The final confirmed sample will be signed and filed by both parties, serving as the standard basis for bulk production.

We have a self-built physical testing laboratory and also accept tests from third-party testing institutions. The core quality control covers: material color verification, color fastness testing, wear resistance testing, tear strength testing, tensile strength testing, sewing strength testing, as well as dynamic and static load testing of the entire bag according to different specification load weights; meanwhile, we also customize materials in full accordance with customers' chemical testing requirements. The final finished products will be inspected strictly in accordance with customers' requirements and AQL standards to ensure product quality meets the standards.

We can undertake customization needs with design drafts provided by customers, or offer design draft services ourselves. The scope of customization includes: appearance customization (Logo embroidery/heat transfer, pattern printing), structural optimization (adjustment of compartment divisions, replacement of accessories, etc.), functional upgrades (adding waterproof coatings, anti-theft zippers, etc.); ODM services can provide modifications for hundreds of different versions.

We support the production of textile luggage for outdoor mountaineering, hiking, camping, cycling, indoor fitness, yoga, tennis, paddle, Pickable, travel storage, and other purposes. Common materials include nylon oxford cloth (waterproof and wear-resistant), canvas (vintage texture), and polyester (cost-effective), all of which comply with export environmental standards.

All textile raw materials have passed SGS tests for formaldehyde, azo dyes, lead content, and other items. They meet the EU OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, US CPSC Children's Textile Safety Requirements, and the limits for toxic and hazardous substances specified in US California Proposition 65. A third-party test report can be provided before shipment.

The monthly production capacity of textile luggage is approximately 500,000 - 800,000 units (depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship). We support a minimum order quantity of 500 units per style. During peak seasons, the production capacity can be increased by 25% through production line adjustments, ensuring the delivery of the first batch of bulk goods within 50 - 60 days.
