LEMPSPORTS strictly follows ISO 105 X10 standards to conduct thermal dye migration tests for luggage and sports fabrics. We simulate high-temperature transportation and storage environments to detect color bleed and dye transfer issues, ensuring stable color fastness and premium material quality for all products.
High-contrast color splicing is a mainstream design for modern sports bags and lifestyle luggage, yet fabric dye migration and color fading under high temperature will seriously damage product appearance and brand reputation. To solve this problem, LEMPSPORTS implements mandatory ISO 105 X10 thermal dye migration testing for all mass-production fabrics.
We adopt standardized and rigorous testing procedures: firstly, fold and clamp mass-production fabric samples with calibrated pressure for unified sample preparation. Then place all test samples in a constant-temperature chamber at 70°C for 2 hours to simulate extreme thermal stress during transportation, retail display and daily use. After the thermal test, our professional team inspects staining on light-colored fabric surfaces through a standard light box and evaluates color fastness with international grey scales.
All materials that fail to meet the international color fastness thresholds will be eliminated before mass production.
