Key Features
The rear architecture features a striking, high-visibility perforated EVA foam back panel covered in a durable, porous mesh. This design drastically cuts down the overall pack weight while maximizing airflow across the user's spine, preventing heat buildup during aggressive ascents.
Built to withstand harsh environmental elements, the primary shell utilizes tightly woven technical synthetics treated with robust waterproof coatings. This ensures that internal compartments remain completely dry during alpine rainstorms or heavy snowfall, delivering reliable performance for the end-user.
Safety and functionality are woven into the exterior design. The front panel incorporates sleek, high-visibility reflective graphic lines for low-light conditions. Additionally, the pack is equipped with reinforced trekking pole/ice axe loops and a quick-access stretch stash pocket for shedding layers on the go.
While the baseline silhouette is showcased as an agile 30-35L daypack, our factory cutting patterns are fully modular. We can seamlessly scale this exact aesthetic up to 45L for weekend trips or 65L for multi-day expeditions, maintaining the structural integrity and visual identity of your brand across a full product line.

Product FAQ
Q1: If we order the 65L version, how does the back system change compared to the 35L model shown?
A: For volumes of 45L and 65L, we strongly advise transitioning from the fixed EVA panel to our adjustable internal frame system. This incorporates lightweight aluminum stays and an adjustable torso ladder, which is essential for safely distributing heavier loads. We will provide 3D renderings of the proposed back system during the sampling phase.
Q2: What is your standard production lead time for a customized order?
A: Upon final approval of the pre-production sample, mass production generally takes 45 to 60 days, depending on custom fabric dyeing and hardware sourcing requirements.
Q3: Can we ensure this product meets our region's retail compliance standards?
A: Yes. We guarantee compliance for European and North American imports. Our manufacturing facilities are fully audited and maintain active BSCI, SEDEX, and ISO certifications.
Q4: Can we add our own proprietary waterproof zippers and branded buckles?
A: Absolutely. As a dedicated OEM/ODM factory, we accommodate all specific hardware requests. You can nominate your preferred hardware suppliers (like YKK or Duraflex), or we can source high-quality, cost-effective equivalents locally to match your brand's specifications.
