To ensure custom bags perform under high-ambient temperatures, Lemp Sports subjects raw materials to rigorous thermal stability tests. In this protocol, PVC-laminated Oxford fabric samples are conditioned at 70°C for two hours inside thermal chambers, simulating extreme summer container transport. Materials that display surface bubbling, delamination, or peeling upon flexing are immediately rejected and scrapped. We guarantee that only fully weather-stable textiles enter our active bag production lines.
